Immunity Boosting Smoothie with Quark
This is an excellent smoothie if you're feeling a bit sluggish. Once your body gets an infusion of vitamins and protein, you'll be able to tackle whatever comes your way.
Course: Breakfast, Snack
1. In a blender, combine the orange juice with the strawberries.
2. Then add the Quark, the frozen banana, and the diced papaya.
3. Blend until smooth. For a thinner consistency, add low-fat milk or fresh lemon juice for a sour touch.
