Quark Salad Dressing
This easy-to-prepare salad dressing is a thousand times healthier that what you'll find on supermarket shelves. Add this to your salad and enjoy a boost of protein with your salad!

- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp Quark (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/2 tsp fresh, minced ginger
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- Chives, parsley, rosemary to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lime zest to taste (optional)
Mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil with 3 tablespoons of Quark (or yogurt) in a small bowl.
Next add 1/2 teaspoon of fresh, minced ginger and 2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar.
Add salt and pepper and, if you like, fresh lime zest.
Sprinkle in herbs.
Refrigerate until needed and simply pour over your salad. Enjoy!
